Our Shop
Klad Tech is a 6,000 square foot facility that is split into two different buildings. One building houses the machines that are used to manufacture products and the other houses various stations for deburring, tumbling, degreasing, washing, welding, and packaging. Inside the main building we have a QC room where all parts are inspected. After inspection they are sent to one or more of the various stations for deburring, tumbling, degreasing, washing, or packaging.
Klad Tech has six CNC Machining Centers, two 40X20 CNCs, two 28X18 CNCs, and two 15×30 CNCs. There are three CNC turning centers, one with an eight-inch capacity and two one-inch capacity (including a bar feeder on one). We also have one engine lathe with a fourteen-inch capacity, two manual chucker’s, and three Bridgeport mills. Klad Tech has one Electric Discharge Machine, one six-inch surface grinder, a Peerless power hacksaw, and a Trenn Jaeger cold saw which are used to cut various types of material.
